Made out of 3/4" Pine board it is trimmed with "3" layers of jute and is hung with "2" Saw Tooth Picture Hangers This Surfboard is Hand Painted with Layers & Layers of Paint. Even the little dots on the Umbrellas are raised & added seperately. This is Truely a Piece of Whimsical Art.
